4 Week Muscle & Strength Training Program

The Strength Foundations Program is a 4 week coaching package designed for men who want to build muscle, increase strength, and create long-term training momentum. Whether you’re returning to the gym after time away or looking for a more structured approach to your training, this program provides the guidance, accountability, and plan needed to start seeing real progress.

The program begins with a comprehensive assessment that measures body fat, body measurements, baseline strength, and overall starting fitness levels. From there, you’ll complete two one-on-one personal training sessions each week with me, focused on proper technique, progressive strength training, and building confidence in the gym. You’ll also receive a customised gym program for two additional independent sessions each week, allowing you to continue progressing between coached sessions. The goal is not just short-term results, but establishing the habits, structure, and training foundation needed for long-term muscle and strength development.
