6 Week Training Program

If you’ve been away from exercise for a while and want a structured, realistic way to get back into training, the Rebuild & Reset 6 Week Coaching Program is designed for you. Created for busy men and women in their 30s and 40s, this program focuses on building strength, improving fitness, increasing energy levels, and helping you feel more confident in yourself again — without extreme workouts or complicated routines.

The program begins with a personalised health and fitness assessment to establish your starting point, identify any limitations, and set clear goals. Each week, we will keep you accountable with a focused one-on-one personal training session to keep a close eye on technique and progression. Alongside our one-on-one sessions, you’ll receive a customised training program to follow independently on the three other days per week. At the end of the 6 weeks, we complete a final assessment to measure your progress and to show you how far you’ve come — not just physically, but in strength, fitness, and raising your bar to a higher standard.
