What’s involved?

The program starts off with a fitness assessment so that you can measure your starting point. Throughout the program, you’ll perform three of these assessments, on week 1, week 5, and at week 10. Benchmarking your starting point, and then seeing positive changes with your physical ability is the best motivator towards long term change.

Week to week for the entire program, there will be four gym-based training sessions (60 minutes). These sessions will include a combination of fundamental strength training exercises that will build a stronger chest, back, core, and a stronger set of legs. Yes, you’ll get stronger, but you’ll also build a high level of cardiovascular fitness at the same time – pushing the boundaries of what you’ve physically capable of. At the end of the program, not only will you look better, but you’ll be able to move better, and feel more confident in your own skin – 100%.

I’ll provide you with a detailed program that describes exactly what to do. You will have access to video links where you can understand how to perform each exercise, all with a sharp focus on good technique. All exercises are progressive and scalable, so if you can’t perform the full version, there are alternatives.

With this program, I’ll also describe how to simplify your diet and target fat loss with intermittent fasting. I’ll tell you why it’s important to reduce your sugar intake, and I’ll provide you with tips and strategies that will encourage you to eat a more whole, real, and fresh food diet. Intermittent fasting is an effective fat loss strategy that is easy to understand, has clear rules, and above all, it works!
