Re-start your gym routine,
get out of your comfort zone,
Does your lower back and hips feel tight when you wake up in the morning? Have you developed pain in your legs, neck and shoulders from sitting at a desk for long periods of the day, or from spending too much time in your car? The truth is, because of the lifestyle you lead your body is starting to tell you something.
When your body is constantly feeling tight and restricted and it’s now starting to affect your simple day-to-day tasks, like not being able to bend over to put your shoes and socks on, you now feel motivated to do something about it.
I’ve created the Hip Mobility and Strength Program to give you a weekly routine that will encourage you to move your body more, to strengthen weak muscles, and to stretch muscles that typically get tight because of a sedentary lifestyle. This program will restore your freedom of movement, will help to reduce muscle aches and pains, and it will give you back confidence with how you’re able to move your body in your everyday life. I’ve structured this program to include the most important stretches and exercises that you can follow on a weekly basis that will help relieve tightness in your legs, hips, and lower back.

What’s Involved?
The Hip Mobility and Strength Program is a realistic commitment that you can make – it takes less than 30 minutes! Ideally, I’d recommend it as a morning routine that you can perform four days per week – all before you start your day. You don’t need any gym equipment. It’s ideal for you to perform in your lounge room. All you need is an exercise mat, some floorspace, and you’re good to go. I’ll provide you with a detailed program that describes exactly what to do. You will have access to video links where you can understand how to perform each exercise with good technique. As an option, you can push ‘play’ and follow-along to the full session in time with me.
As a guide, this program will suit anybody, young or old, who has developed tightness and pain in their hips, legs and lower back. If you’re someone that sits for long periods, and you want to be able move with more freedom and less restriction, then moving your body more, on a more consistent basis, is the answer – 100%.
To get started, use the payment link below to purchase the program. Once you’ve done this, I will send you an email with the PDF files that detail how to begin your Hip Mobility Program. If you do have any questions, at any time, just send me a direct message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
