What’s Involved?

This program starts off with a fitness assessment that you’ll perform yourself, of which I’ll describe specifically what to do. A key motivator with any type of fitness program is to see and feel like you’re making measurable progress with how you’re exercising. If you’re able to see that you’re making progress, then no doubt you’ll be more committed to being active longer-term – and that’s the most important factor!

Week-to-week for the entire program, there will be three full body strength and conditioning sessions (50-60 minutes), along with some lighter days of activity, like getting out and going for a walk. I’ll provide you with a detailed program that describes exactly what to do. You will have access to video links where you can understand how to perform each exercise, all with a sharp focus on good technique. A component of these sessions will include a follow-along 30-minute interval training session, where you push ‘play’ and workout in time with me. It’s challenging, and it will definitely improve your fitness, regardless of what end of the fitness spectrum you’re at. All exercises are progressive and scalable, so if you can’t perform the full version, there are alternatives. It’s all about doing your best!

With this program, I’ll also describe how to simplify your diet and target fat loss with intermittent fasting. I’ll tell you why it’s important to reduce your sugar intake, and I’ll provide you with tips and strategies that will encourage you to eat a more whole, real, and fresh food diet. Intermittent Fasting is an effective fat loss strategy that is easy to understand, has clear rules, and above all, it works!
