After 8 weeks of dedicated training I guarantee you’ll walk away in a new body
Over the course of the 8 weeks we will aim to exceed your physical fitness expectations by making you commit to a lifestyle that is optimal to physical performance and to create a new body you live in. This 8 week program is designed to make you achieve real results in a short space of time. It will challenge you to keep a regular quality exercise routine and to reset your diet by eating more whole, real and fresh food
This program is ideally suited for those who want to lose body fat, increase lean muscle mass and significantly change their body shape. Apart from the visual benefits you achieve, you will also develop a new outlook on food, exercise, and a new understanding of what you are physically capable of
The program is based on structured exercise five to six days per week. You have the choice of committing to the full version, which includes three weekly one-on-one PT sessions, for each week of the program. Or, you can choose a once/weekly PT session option, which will still provide you with accountability, at a lower price point. I would create a custom training program that you would follow when you’re in the gym by yourself.
To begin the program, we start with an assessment of your fitness goals, discuss injuries, perform body measurements, and complete some physical fitness tests. We do this again at the end of week four and at the end of week eight. In order to change shape fast, you will need to eat healthy. You will receive a customised meal plan so you can manage your calories and macro intake. For the majority of the program we’ll expect you to exercise most days of the week. But don’t worry, depending on your level of fitness, the program will be tailored to your ability and I’ll factor in progressions that allow you to exercise consistently so you can see and feel real changes in your physical performance. Typically three of your weekly training days will be strength-focused, with the other days a mix of cardiovascular fitness and lower intensity exercise. Overall, we’re looking to form a sustainable habit of regular exercise that challenges you to become stronger, fitter and more mobile. All of our Personal Training sessions will be for 60 minutes, with your own sessions varying from 45-60 minutes.
Yes it may sound daunting, but there is a level of commitment required to change. The exercise and intensity of the program does vary from person to person, so whatever your level of fitness you begin with, we will develop a program truly specific to you. There is a significant time commitment and a lifestyle change this program requires. If you are up for a challenge and have a true desire to change, then the 8 Week Transformation is for you.

Please note, due to the popularity of this program, there are only limited spaces available (and I do have other Personal Training clients that I see on a regular basis). Due to demand, I am not always able to accomodate the 8 Week Transformation ‘Option 1’ (below). For the ‘Option 2’ version of the program, I run this over four seasons throughout the year. There is only one of me, and so, I am only able to take on four new clients every season.
